patch.ini

I quite forgot how to change the size and colours of the patch.ini file in the settings of a mod...? Anyone would like to tell me, please!

Oh, nobody knows? Or didn't I clearly express what I want to know? I meant the black lettersd in the cockpit view which disturb the steering wheel look but are necessary for changing fuel, tyres, car setting etc. ... Maybe I'm wrong with the idea that they are configured in the patch.ini... Still I'd like to know how to change them, please!
