1998 F300 and MP4-13 conversion from Assetto Corsa problem

Posted by MSchumi24
Hello people! I need help!

After seeing Hega screenshots related to the 1998 skins for Assetto Corsa's F300 and MP4-13 shape, I decided I had to have them too!
So, after a real "odyssey", full of vicissitudes, I managed to convert the shape for GP4; the result at the moment is this:

The problem is that when the car is not directly framed, here is the result:

Looking online for a solution desperately for hours, what I think is that the problem is similar to this: [www.grandprixgames.org]
I think the issue is really UV mapping, just do not know what the fastest way to solve it ...

Please help me because I do not know what to do anymore. Keep in mind that the programs I used for the conversion are: ZModeler 1 & 2; 3DSimED3 (trial); Blender.
I tell you that I use lod_0 only.

P.S. Sorry for the bad screenshots but it's all absolutely WIP ...
I am more thinking at a missing texture shared by several cars than at a mapping issue. Carbon?
If it looks the same when the car is selected, then there is a big "chance" to be a missing texture

I tried to remove all the other cars but the problem persists unfortunately.
... Why did you remove something? What is missing needs to be added.. somewhere in your mod or in your Wad.
Open the sauber shape with Zmodeler or GP4 builder, find the name of the texture assigned at the front suspension, and check if you have it in your game.

I forgot to mention that I use CSM ...
However I made several attempts, even with all the necessary textures but nothing ...
Now I'm trying with the function "UV Mapper" of ZModeler, I think there is something wrong.
Look, I think there's something wrong ...
then move vertically the faces into the textures and it's done.

Yes, but how do I do it? I'm not very practical about ZModeler ...
When you are where you are with your screenshot,
deselect all faces selected,
go back to the object level,
deselect all objects
go to the menu Modify/move and that's it
Before to move, be sure that only the V button is ON and that the SEL button (back of the menu) is OFF

Many thanks! I'll try it tomorrow!
Problem solved! Thanks Bernard!
Great stuff MSchumi24 (Y)
I've converted a fair few cars from Assetto Corsa and others, the remapping can be a problem sometimes, just always keep an eye on the cars poly count ;-)
