I saw a lot of videos on youtube with mod very well done for the F1 2016 season.
Can anyone tell me what is the best and most complete mod of the F1 2016 season with all tracks?

I know of three 2016 mods. Two of them you will find at GP4Forever/2016/mods:
* Non-CSM mod by Juliano Marques
* CSM mod by phantaman
The third is the GP4 Central 2016 mod.

Which one you like best depends on your preferences.
The most complete 2016 season files you will probably find under the link of the 2016 mod by phantaman because he also provides download links for a 2016 trackpack.
The trackpack comes in two parts: trackpack 1/17 with 17 tracks and 18/19 with the last two tracks of the 2016 f1 season. Two tracks are not included: Europe/Baku and Germany/Hockenheim.
You can find them here: Baku 2016 by Ayman, Hockenheim 2016 beta.
You may also consider the Mexico 2016 by F1 Virtual and RSCT as an alternative to the one of the trackpack 1/17.

The track looks like Jorge Caranti's 2015 Barcelona and because there are several 2016 CSM/Non CSM mods available, I can't tell you which one it is but it is using the best 2016 cars that were available. I do not believe Jorge's tracks are available anymore. He is a moderator at Gp4forever, try and ask if he will share the track. I'm not 100% sure what his sharing policy is at this time.
