Hi guys, why is it that in some track mods the 2 teammates pit at the same time, making one of the cars wait for their teammate to be serviced. How do I fix that please? I'm using CSM. Thanks!

Hi masiso,

I had this behavior too, and as far as I remember this was caused by overlapping pit-stop timings on different strategies in the magic data files or a too short time frame for a pit stop window.

Below you see an example of the values of the Default.tmd

Make sure you give every scheduled pit stop a window of at least 2 laps and take care there's always a difference of at least 2 laps between different pit windows when using several strategies during a race.

Group 1 Pitstop=0
Group 1 stop 1=0
Group 1 Pit window 1=0
Group 2 Pitstop=78 -----> means 78% of cars will use a two-stop strategy
Group 2 stop 1=15 -----> first stops can start in round 15
Group 2 Pit window 1=4 ----> latest stops can be made in lap 19
Group 2 stop 2=35
Group 2 Pit window 2=5
Group 3 Pitstop=22 -----> 22% of the cars will make a three-stop strategy
Group 3 stop 1=11 ----> first stop will be made in lap 11
Group 3 Pit window 1=2 ---> latest stop for this window in lap 13
Group 3 stop 2=26
Group 3 Pit window 2=4
Group 3 stop 3=42
Group 3 Pit window 3=6

Greetings

Make sure that when a car pits it has at least for 1.7 laps of fuel left. In that case the second car can do another lap and pit the next lap.

You have to edit line 71; AI Fuel Comsumption of the magic data.
