Sebring track

Has anyone attempted to produce the Sebring track or the Road Atlanta track?

I made the raw layout of the track but then I quit (task appeared to be above my skills... )
But anyway I would be very pleased to see that track finished by someone more talented...

I really wonder why nobody of the canny and admirable track modders out there made the Sebring track so far. Interestingly my file (raw track layout) I shared in August 2018 was downloaded 137 times...
