Yes.
Extract the Sochi.WAD, then You can export them as a scene from sochi then re-import them where you want.
Take care to get also the texture linked at the flags.
Once imported (3D and textures) in your track, you will have surely to move them where you wish.
All the above can be done easily with GP4 builder
