Open car model in 3d builder and use the coordinates of fr/fl/rr/rl (ie: mercedes: FrontRight= 0.7900, -0.2310, 1.1350/FrontLeft=-0.7900, -0.2310, 1.1350/RearRight= 0.7900, -0.2240, -2.3690/RearLeft=-0.7900, -0.2240, -2.3690.) Also works for the rear light position.

You can also modify tyres position with TeamEditor, in "position-wheel positions" ;-)
