[RELEASED] Track Baku Street 2016 (by ToJepo)

it's now almost 2 years that I work on this project with passion for GP4

I think it's not completely finished, but I think it's time to offer you my version (v0.99) of the 2016 baku circuit.

I will continue at my own pace to finish this version and in the continuity make 2017 & 2018 why not ?

Thank you to everyone who allowed me to use their work to enhance this track to make it more real
