Performance Editor

Hi guys is any chance someone can send me a version of Performance editor tool please?I tried to download it and installed Java but I can't open it.

Great,thanks a lot,can you tell me how to open it please?
I tried with Java but it shows the command black window and then it disappear after 3 seconds and nothing happens.

maybe you have to update jave, because for me the editor works perfect

What version are you using mate? Because mine is version 8

Ok got it running now finally,the problem now is that when I open the program is showing the default 2007 performance file and it's fine,but as soon as I try to load my own performance file from the load tab this happens,
I select my performance file and put open but nothing happens,the program keeps showing the 2007 values.
