My Grand Prix 4 Files

I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?
I will happily stick my hand up to RD the test drivers FP session, if someone else wants to do the main game qual/race. Should have the FP coverage up before the weekend ahead....

Michael Soutsen is going to be in the now vacant Christel seat for the time being. We are actively seeking a full-time replacement as soon as possible though.

Jakes that he chose to vacate after Road America?

Anyway, no boost at all this time. And Montreal has a rather big straight. I'm not particularly looking forward to this weekend, regardless of how much I love the circuit!

Ah well, that puts a spanner in my works to RD the test drivers FP session here tonight, IF a driver change was to be taking effect. I will wait for the official verdict on that...
Yep, i think Jakes departure got forgotten - i had forgotten about it since doing the RD coverage and mentioning his name....

Having just checked the perfs, Soutsen is in the MTP test seat. I am confused now.... LOL

I was aware of the situation but also the fact that Christel was struggling to get in touch with Michael. For the test drive, I suggest just go along with it as is, meanwhile we can adapt the race driver perfs and mod for Michael to drive for Christel. He'll then get the race driver perf points eventually. No harm to anybody and the best solution to keep things going.

Not a big issue but the perf file post states United States Grand Prix instead of Montreal.

My apologies about not informing the right people in time. Jake dropped me in it in all honesty. I had no message from him about leaving and found out on the forums when everybody else did. Michael Soutsen was happy to take the seat but said that he couldn't commit - which is fair enough. I'm happy for the perfs to stay as they are and then the change can take place at the next race.

My apologies again.

The GPGSL welcome all to Canada, to the wonderful city of Montreal.
Today, we see the Test Drivers out on track, blowing the dust and leaves off the Gilles Villeneuve layout.
GPGSL Officials were faced with a bit of confusion in the paddock, with Jake Legge and Michael Soutsen's seats amongst discussion - mutual agreements between teams and drivers meant all drivers remained in their current/former seats, with changes of teams coming next round....

Not quite what I was hoping for with a double boost, but it could be worse. Let's hope the main guys find a few tenths later on.
