I'm with Tobias here. We've never done that before. As unfortunate it is to have a driver who just never show up, that's not the first time this happen and the driver was always given his points. We even had ghost drivers winning a race, remember.
Indeed, I'm also with Tobi and Eric here. Tom Dilain was a driver for SCS when the perfs for round 1 were released and he hadn't violated any rule at this stage. Ergo, he'll be given the points for round 1 and ejected for round 2.
