GP2 2011 CSM 1.0 Mod || T-cam fix

Hello. This is t-cam fix for GP2 2011 CSM Version 1.0 mod, especially for those who playing GP4 in higher resolution. Works good at 1280x720 & 1366x768. Haven't test for 1920x1080 resolution.
