1998 Mod v1.0 - project cancelled

In this thread: grandprixgames, I found two CSM Mods.
I never understood who the authors were, however I put together the best of both and I did this 1998 Mod.
I tried to rebuild the credits, but if I did something wrong I hope you will correct me.


Mod idea: littleone90

CSM base: MSchumi24

Cars: by CTDP converted from F1c

Pitcrews & Engineers: by Leolo 74 from 1999 Mod except Tyrrell

Helmets: Eugenio Faria (shape), MSchumi24 (textures)

Cockpits: Sor (shape), MSchumi24 (textures)

Rims & Tyres: Ulf (Alesi_fan), Oggo, Tis, Fongu & Turbo Lover, update by MSchumi24

Teamart: MSchumi24

Physic & Performance: Gitanes

Sounds: Mitsuro Sano & Briere


This is a lite mod of 1998 season. If we can accurately reconstruct the list of authors and if there are no problems with permissions, soon will release the mod!

The project is cancelled for different reasons, sorry

I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?

Back in the days, the CTDP 1998 cars were not allowed to be released for GP4, if I remember correctly.
Don't know how it is now ...

I'm sure they are a conversion from F1c but I do not know who did it ...

Thanks for the pics. I can't give you permission to use the wheels from Ulf, because it seems you combined wheels and tyre textures from different mods which doesn't look 100% correct.

Duffer has wheels and tyres from 1998. When Duffer has time to share the files with me, I'm happy to make an 1998 tyreset for your mod.

1998 was such a great season! Nurburgring 1998 is one of the great races.

I suggest to release the mod using approved tyres (just use the original GP4 2001 tyres if necessary) and work on permissions separately.
