Yeah sorry for the lack of commentary, but at this point I just wanted to get it out. The delay was way too big already.

Race itself was pretty exciting, rain led to a couple of different strategies being used.

Team France:

Not a bad result today we think. We as a team had high expectations of Romain for the race today after the last three rounds and, despite us as a team making choices that left him with lots of work to do in the race, he delivered.

Nice to see us back on track, even if it's for one last ride. Race was OK but being boosted, naturally we expected a tad more. Still, 8th isn't awful, considering our previous performances.

GPG Nations Cup Round 7 - French GP - Paul Riacrd

The performance deadline for Round 7 at Paul Ricard is the end of Sunday 10th June. Everyone is to send their performance request to the GPG-Nations-Cup account, or here if you want an extra shortcut. Please set the subject title of your message as "Round 7 - French GP - (Your Country Name)". In your message please state explicitly how much you allocate for Qualifying and how much you allocate for the Race (e.g. Qualifying: 500, Race: 500). If you submit one number, qualifying and race performance will be exactly half of that value.

GPGSL Team Owner Debut - Melbourne, Season 8 - present
GPGSL Test Debut - Hungary, Season 4. GPGSL Race Debut - Adelaide, Season 5.

So close yet so far... To be honest I was expecting to go back after qualifying so to actually move forward and have a shot at winning is a nice bonus. Germany had too much pace for us in the end though, and I think they'd have caught us out on track regardless. Happy with the end result!

Yeah I meant to run it sooner once I realized noone else was gonna do it, but never really got around :/
Guess it's safe to say it's the last season, unless RDs start growing on trees.
Will try to get the remaining races done in an acceptable pace, with coverages being the same format as for this round probably.

Silverstone race was not great for Ireland. Definitely what we didn't hoped for that. Next race will be good one.
