The tracks themselves are in his google link from the first page ( [drive.google.com] ), he's just adding them there everytime there's an update

Now the forum is back online, time to revive this thread

A few years ago I started a full redo of Sakhir from the ground up (I wasn't too satisfied with the accuracy of the available versions, including our own). The project eventually stalled along with everything else, but last year's race at the Outer layout renewed my interest and I set out to not only to finish what I had started, but also include the Outer loop as well. And when I was about to finish, I decided to include the Endurance layout as well because I'm probably a masochist. Of course I had no idea how challenging it would be to make three layouts work in harmony, but here's the finished track mesh:



I consider this to be the most accurate track layout I've ever created, thanks also to the far better data available nowadays. Be wary these new .dat files are not compatible with any previously released versions of Sakhir - there are too many differences for it to work properly. CC-line is not perfect, TV cameras are badly done, and a few bugs might arise - it's a WIP after all.

Get the track HERE, and be sure to check the Endurance and Outer layouts as well

Great work on this Paulo

Looking really good!

A release to be celebrated and a work to be remembered of how mighty simulation experience GP4 allows if one seeks no less than the most accurate possible. And it is possible.

The best is yet to come.
