Thanks Maikel, really appreciate the help. You've done me a massive favour - I was concerned I might need to pull out the team, what with the NYC trip, plus lots of travelling to and from the new job, as well as house hunting.

MPR has officially unveiled its Season 11 GPGSL challenger, with its aim "to win both championships"

The MPR-10 hit the track for the first time on Friday, with Charrel Jalving and Carlos Rodriguez clocking up just under 100 kilometres between them at Silverstone as part of a promotional event.

MPR claimed its first constructors' championship in Season 9, but slipped back to second in the standings last year, behind Aston Martin, despite scoring five wins.

"After a highly successful Season 10 all round, our priority has been to identify the areas in which we were weakest and to try to improve on those," said team owner Dan Paddock.

"Our objective is excellence in all areas and, while we had some fantastic results last year, there are many areas in which we can still be much better.

"That's the kind of culture we try to instil throughout the whole organisation - one of constantly striving to reach something better.

"We had a number of races that didn't go to plan in Season 10, so there were a lot of things that needed improving this time around.

"We are seeking optimisation absolutely everywhere."

The car will be put through its paces on Monday for the first day of testing at Barcelona's Catalunya circuit, with Jalving at the wheel.

Still a great livery for MPR. Asides from white, are there other variations of the Martini livery that's been used in motorsports?

Undecided: Snake Motorsports

Bridgestone: SCR, Demon Racing, MAC Racing

Goodyear:

Looks like there won't be any Goodyear tyres on the grid in Season 11 to the looks of it.

Alfa Romeo had a red variant used in touring cars, as did some rally Lancias. Dan already had a livery inspired by that, and I was hoping to see it return because it is crazy cool.

On a side note, awesome to see how well the MPR livery was adapted to the new HN shape. Awesome work there by Mr. De Boer.

Shouldn't you be using a Mercedes engine now Dan? ;)

What about silver or black? Those could be a variation for MPR to use (maybe for their test cars instead of their race cars).

@Carlos, our red phase is a bit like when Williams had the Winfield livery ;)

@Ed, too expensive mate!

@Ruben, quiet you

@Stu, thanks! It won't be changing anytime soon. I've got no free time anymore, haha

And finally, @John and Maikel, thanks for fixing the livery and for the renders. Much appreciated

NOW IT'S A REVOLUTION!!!

It has been a hectic start to the season for the small team from down under.
After originally preparing and unveiling our Season 11 contender, major
sponsor and engine supplier Ford pulled there backing from the team at very
late notice.

Through some very hard work by the marketing team we were able to secure
an engine deal with luxury car company Jaguar and acquire major sponsorship
from ANZ Bank as well as a tyre deal with Goodyear.

However these where not the only new partners to come on board as Elf has
become the lubricants supplier, Castrol have become the fuel supplier and HP
have jumped onboard as technical partners.

Crown Hotels have also joined with MAC Racing to promote there holiday
resorts and casinos while major backing from Qantas has continued.

Other sponsors of the well funded team include Beck's, AT&T, Du Pont,
Rio Tinto, Bilstein, OZ Racing, Brembo, Momo, NGK, Courtaulds,
Schlumberger and Raychem.

We hope after these shaky times we can now hit the track running in our
brand new beautiful car and with the great backing from all our partners,
we will be able to keep up with the development race through out the season.

(Thank you to John for the gorgeous render)
