How to open cuh. files without CSM?

Are there any way to open cuh files wihtout CSM? In my notebook CSM does not work. Anyone help me please?

Disable anti-virus and re-install CSM. Sometimes CSM core is flagged as a false positive preventing it from running, so you could add it to your white list. No other reason why it wouldn't work.
