ChampCar/CART screenshots are a bit scarce in this thread, so here's some I made. My laptop is crap, so don't expect high quality graphics. Also for some reason the game won't go full resolution, only 1020x720.
Check near the top of your f1graphics.cfg - there should be a line about running in windowed mode.
