Regarding the release I should ask permission to VRC, but I don't know if they will give it to me because their jobs are paid (I had to pay for the original cars of Assetto Corsa).

How about other VRC cars, like example from 2005 R25 and MP420? I have F2007 already and R25 I tried to convert myself, was able to get it in gamebut it has issues

Unfortunately I don't have any other VRC Cars also because I should pay them.
Also because the cars you mention are already available for GP4.
