Nice drive from David, lovely 6th place! Too bad Romain couldn't match him, 11th and half a minute down is not good enough ...
Almost no coverage for our drivers, but perhaps with all of the mayhem this was a good thing!

If you are racing, keep on racing and get some points!

Seems like Alonso was desperate to get the Maldonado Seal of Approval, for hitting Raikonnen (in the ****ing rear) at the last corner and then Da Matta (in the ****ing rear again) at the last corner. Team orders not used wisely I must admit. At least Trulli got some points and Ferrari too didn't have the greatest of rounds.

We're really happy to see Ralf getting his podium for BMW, and Nick's weekend in Bahrain isn't fairly good at all, after making contact with Lewis ruined his race accidentally. He does finish 12th but not a good start as he wanted. Also Ralf got the fastest lap which is good for the team. We're looking forward to the Malaysian GP and hopefully there's more to come.

Super Aguri
Great weekend for the team. Speed managed to get 13th which is the best result, but for Karthikeyan his day seems to be screwed up hitting on Montoya's rear. Although, pretty good overall race for us and we think next race should see some more excitement.

Disappointed with the double retirement. Seems like that we have to improve our engine reliability, and improve the suspension so it is a little more collapse-prone.

An excellent results for us, very happy with how quickly Giancarlo has adapted to the car. Shame we couldn't get Cristiano to the line but still can't complain with leading both championships after round 1.

Also! Quick question on this in the regulations:

Quote

Note: Race drivers do not earn points during test driver test sessions

Does this mean that the top five test drivers in free practice earn points, even if they're not in the top five times. Or if all of the top five drivers in FP and race drivers do no drivers at all earn performance points?

At this point we need to improve more the VW Air Cooled engine, since the rear crash test is above expectations! We need to work more with Kubica. Montoya was out of lucky.

It's the top 5 test drivers regardless of overall position :)

Good to see you back pal. Hope you don't mind that I've advanced the series whilst you were gone

Not too pleased about both of the drivers not finishing the race. It`s early days yet! I`m very happy about the test results. It proves they can both drive and have a capable car :)

Everything still looks good for us. 10th and 13th is not bad.

It looks to us another great result for Ralf with 2nd, and De La Rosa 7th. We're happy with the session today.

Super Aguri
We aren't where we are. Although it's bittersweet day we should say but there's nothing we can improve to move up.

Great qualifying performance from Massa! P7 is the best result for us today. But Sutil has disappointed us with his low qualifying performance (19th). Let's see what happens in the race.

Not so good quali for us, Ralf starts 4th for the race and Nick struggling for the pace to manage 13th on the grid for the race. Although, our day wasn't actually the best but we'll see how our race well goes from this.

Super Aguri
We're still slowest, regardless Speed still quicker than Karthikeyan, but we seem to have good time. Although it wasn't enough to catch some of the cars and it will be impossible.
