One question:

I have problems with the trackpack.
The sponsors are not seen on the Monaco circuit. Does anyone have any solutions?

I installed as follows:

Mod 2001
Trackpack 2001
Trackpack Update 2001
Trackpack PLUS
Trackpack PLUS Fix

It's the same problem that I have. Unfortunately, it's because the trackpack is made this way, it has glitches.

from which trackpack you are talking about? and it would be interesting to know where you get those trackpack update 2001, trackpack plus and trackpack plus fix. I've never heard of the files and maybe it's only related to those extra files

Personally I have always installed only your trackpack and, although I tried it with two different PCs I always found some glitches, like billboards that appear and disappear, the Hockenheim asphalt corrupt and more.
With this I do not want to say that you have not done a good job, maybe it depends on the configuration of the f1graphics ...
I still use your 2001 trackpack for years and those glitches do not give me too much trouble, if, however, you find a solution please tell us, ok?

but you still didn't answered my question about the 2001 trackpack update, the 2001 trackpack plus and the trackpack plus fix. Where do the files come from and who made them? sorry, it was my stupidity. The update and plus files are from matt, i've thought about track adverts and so on. I think you could be right about the f1 graphics settings, because i can't reproduce it, that the tarmac in hockenheim disappears. If i remember right, there were some bugs with the grandstands in Montreal and Magny Cours, but these were the only things. All other tracks works fine. If you want, you can upload your f1 graphics and i'll have a look at it about the settings

Quiet Jurgen, it's not a problem at all! It's me that I do not understand practically anything English and I rely only on Google Translate
However I repeat, the trackpack is fine for me as it is!

ok, but i have to say, that in Magny Cours some adverts disappear because of the skydome. First i've thought it was the grandstands that have some bugs, but it's the skydome who let disappear some ads in front of the grandstands. And i don't know how to solve it. In my opinion it could be, that the skydome is to large and it 'hides' some files on the track

I found the Trackpack 2001 here together with the Mod but also on GP4DB.com, it's the same file (143MB)
Then I added the Trackpack update (163MB) always found on GP4DB.com and at the end then the PLUS 2001 files plus Fix always on GP4DB.com.

Did I do something wrong?

You only had to install the Jurgen's trackpack. The trackpack update and PLUS only serve for the original GP4 tracks.
Go to the "Tracks" folder in the main directory of GP4 and deletes all folders "2001". Then reinstall only the 2001 trackpack.

But with the 163MB Trackpack Update what should I do? I use that too?
It seems to me that it is so of Quickslick. Or am I wrong?

you don't need it, because they are the same tracks. The updated trackpack is for the guys who don't use tracksetmanager and want to install the tracks manually. And the first trackpack is simply for tsm

I installed V2 again, but the defpanel don't work. Is there anybody with the same problem?

Go to the modfolder, Data\GpxPatch, open the gpxcinfo.ini and post its content here.

That's the issue. Guess at some point you clicked on the GPxPatch settings tab, that erases the content of the gpxcinfo.ini.

Replace it with the lines below, and it should work

Enable5=1

As said above, clicking the gpxpatch tab erases the content of the gpxcinfo.ini. Best is to put the whole content in the one in the Merge folder.
