Have you a project to release this mod because it's great

Allright...How do i get these older mods into GP4 with the real tracks?!? everytime i try with the 1991 mod i get white cars and standard tracks....kinda annying as i would love to race f1 games again and since GP3 2000 doesnt work on Win10 i dont have much options but GP4...
