How can I solve this? Tried reinstalling ZaZ GP4 Tools, GPxPatch and this MEGAPACK F1 mod (from gp4forever).

If this is on game exit (ie: restore wad) using CSM? Try deleting the contents of the wadcache, there may be remnants left there. . The file already exists in the mod, so the restore failure shouldn't affect the next re-pack of the wad when you load it. If the error occurs when loading the mod, you could disable the panel in gpx_patch. I don't have this mod, but the file appears to be part of a panel according to the dir structure. Have a look at the directory, and you may be able to determine which panel is causing the problem, otherwise disable one and test etc. Selecting IGNORE will just complete the restore function.

This MOD is mine but it isn't public.
The solution: Don't use the graphics "reshade". Use ENB or GP4 original.
Reshade is a post processor graphics and in the mod have got a configuration not compatible with all the hardwares. In the option of the MOD " Motor Gráfico" dont use reshade.

I've tried Motor Grafico to Original GP4, no graphic filter on Filtro Grafico, and set to original colour filter, and no "bordes sombreados", but...ain't working at all. But you know, I also get other errors with the tracks in your mod. I don't know what to do now.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
I've clicked "Ignore" on all of these errors, and then finally the mod works properly.
