I like very much this tracklist, it's special ;)

A bit disappointed that Portimao, Fuji, Aida and Montreal didn't make it. 3 home races for France, 2 for GB ;)

I'd suggest something like that for the rain percentages, the values above are too low imo

Agreed. Should only be 1 track, per geographical country. Isnt that the point of this series?? I say a redraw of the calendar..... I think using a computer generated list randomiser is NOT the ideal way to sort out which tracks get selected - good idea for weather settings perhaps, but...
Some nations are getting dudded with no home race while my nation France, effectively had 3 races!! Personally, i think that is stupid.
I think a bit of human common sense is needed to compile the calendar....

That's why I had suggested the combined home races. Let's say France, Monaco and Switzerland agree on one track, and GB and Ireland, and Italy and San Marino, that way there were 4 places left for Portimao, Yas Marina, Montreal and Aida (home race for Japan and Korea). This way everyone had one.

I am in total agreeance.

Sorry for that, no need to call the decision stupid

1 - Brazil - Jacarepagua - 25%
2 - Italy/San Marino - Vallelunga/Imola - 0%
3 - Great Britain/Ireland - Silverstone/Donington Park - 50%
4 - China - Shanghai - 25%
5 - Germany - Old Hockenheimring - 0%
6 - Portugal - Portimao - 20%
7 - New Zealand - Tahiti - 0%
8 - UAE - Yas Marina - 0%
9 - Australia - Phillip Island - 25%
10 - USA - Indianapolis F1 - 0%
11 - Argentina - Rafaela - 0%
12 - Japan/South Korea - Fuji/Aida - 20%
13 - Netherlands - Zandvoort - 15%
14 - Finland - Spa-Francorchamps - 75%
15 - Bulgaria - Hungaroring - 0%
16 - Canada - Montreal - 10%
17 - France/Monaco/Switzerland - Le Mans Bugatti/Castellet/Dijon - 30%

New calendar, does everyone approve? also, we need France, Switzerland and Monaco to agree in one track for them, the same goes for San Marino and Italy, as well as Great Britain and Ireland, Japan and Korea too

Well, from the French, we are chosing Le Mans Bugatti. Switzertland and Monaco can either like it or not....

Japan wanted to use Aida, I believe we can share this track with no problem
Hi guys!

I'd like to place a team on the waiting list. Sorry for being so late for the new season start, I wanted to have a livery more or less sorted out. The team would represent Uruguay, and the driver would be Carlos Rodriguez (a.k.a. me ;)). Since no local track is modeled in GP4 we are deciding between a Brazilian or Argentinean track to host our race. The livery is almost done, just a few decals and it should be ready. Do I have to send the files right away or wait for a slot to open up? Anyway, I'll be sticking around the thread and watching out for a place. ;-)

Here's a sneak peek of our entry's livery.

Stats: 139 Starts / 7 Wins / 9 Poles / 5 Fastest laps

Hey Carlos, you've been added to the waiting list, about the livery, I don't know if it's need right away, maybe Tobi can answer better since he's doing the mod

Say again? ;);)

Do all the Nation Cup entries need the WGP logos on the car?

Just another thing i noticed on the calendar (and there is NO blame on anyone for this, by the way!!) but New Zealand has nominated Tahiti as their home track and Finland using Spa. Thats fine, but i just think a nation that has tracks in their own home country available, they should be used ahead of "non" home country tracks. Eg : Portugal should be awarded a race at Portimao, Japan given Aida etc....
I just think the calendar needs a re-think.
Just my 2 cents.

@Greg No, it's not required

@Glen Portugal and Japan have already been added to the calendar, if I understood you right, Spa and Tahiti should be replaced by Imola and Monte Carlo, since both San Marino and Monacao have tracks in their own domains, is it right? or maybe I misunderstood your thinking

My thinking is, if nation "A" has tracks in their country available for GP4, they should get the slot on the calendar, ahead of nation "B" who nominate a track NOT in their actual nation.

It would be like me being an Australian who lives just 5 minutes away from the actual Melbourne F1 circuit, nominating Melbourne as the Team France track - it would be ridiculous. My thinking on this series is, you choose to be a particular nation, and you nominate a track from that SAME nation as your choice for the calendar, IF it gets selected. If you nominate a nation that has NO tracks available for GP4, that is just bad luck - other nations on the grid should get priority for the calendar, if that nation has an available "home country" track.
Hope that makes sense...

I honestly don't care which tracks are on the calendar, but i think seeing the "Finland GP held at Spa-Francorchamps", just sounds stupid. If someone wants Spa (and lets face it, we probably all want that track on the calendar!), have your nation as Belgium!
I am not trying to start a war with this, but it just seems a bit silly to run a nations GP at a track not within that nation, when other nations that DO have tracks within their borders, miss the calendar.

Something like this? I particularly liked this calendar

1 - Germany - Old Hockenheimring - 0%
2 - Italy - Vallelunga - 0%
3 - Great Britain - Silverstone - 50%
4 - China - Shanghai - 25%
5 - Brazil - Jacarepagua - 25%
6 - Portugal - Portimao - 20%
7 - San Marino - Imola - 0%
8 - UAE - Yas Marina - 0%
9 - Australia - Phillip Island - 25%
10 - USA - Indianapolis F1 - 0%
11 - Argentina - Rafaela - 0%
12 - Japan - Aida - 20%
13 - Netherlands - Zandvoort - 15%
14 - France - Le Mans Bugatti - 30%
15 - Monaco - Monte-Carlo - 0%
16 - Canada - Montreal - 10%
17 - Europe- Spa-Francorchamps - 75%

*Edit: as Germany won the last season, they should be awarded the first race, also, as Spa is a neutral track, it should be the track of the last race
