Team Editor Problems

After setting the gp4tweak.ini to only edit the tyre positions.

It seems that whatever changes make in team editor in regards to steering wheels, helmet etc.

They do not seem to map into the gp4 game.

Any thoughts?

Did you click on apply changes?

Have you installed the official GP4 patch 9.6?

yes I have done all the above

However I installed the 9.6 patch then the 1.02 no cd exe after that.

And then you installed GPxPatch, haven't you?

I don't know then what you did wrong. Simply try it again. I know that there are people here who can help in such issues, but this time nobody help me with track building and a faulty cars.wad as well, so maybe you should just wait a little, I'm quite sure that somebody knows why Team Editor isn't working for you.

Sometimes something so simple can be the worst to get right

try deleting all tweaker .ini files except the one(s) for the tweaks you're using.

where would I find these?

I wouldn't use GP4 Tweaker. I tried it out some days ago and it deleted every other settings from Team Editor!

whats the root location for the tweaker.ini files
