Direct3D issue if I'm correct and a division by zero.

You should uninstall everything, use Ccleaner to tidy up your OS, then reinstall the game, patch it with 9.6 patch and try to run it previously to reinstall GPxPatch and ZAZ Tools to see if everything runs fine.

just did a complete uninstall and reinstall of the game, it loads fine but on calibration of the graphics there is a few white cars and a white block on the screen

That's probably because of your graphic card that can't handle high res graphics. There's a tweak to do in your conf, but I can't remember which one it is, so if someone else can help on this...

ive just changed it to the graphics file I was linked to in another topic, will give that a go and see what happens

Looks like you're still using an unsupported screen resolution (mortal pointed this out a while ago).
