Any tutorial exist for car converting?

Hi,

anyone has a tutorial to convert a Rfactor or F1C cars to GP4. I found a lot for the opposite converting but not for GP4. I know some F1 season are missing and i hope to be able to convert some season already made for an other game for GP4.

Keeping alive the GP4

We got a problem, Zmodeler 1 doesnt work on Win 7 32bit, also for Zmodeler 2.

I really hate this 32/64bit @#$%&. A lot of old programs do not work on current OSs and a lot of new programs don't run on the old systems .

3Dsimed also works well in converting the rfactor cars to 3d model which you can then bring into Zmodeler. I've done it myself, with GP4 builder's help as well. And yeah, patience!

I can assure you that Zmodeler 1.07b (free version) works well under Win7 32bits or even Win7 64Bits. Just right-click on ZModeler.exe. Select properties and into the compatibility tab, tick "Run this program in compatibility mode for" Windows XP (Service Pack 3).. (or even try in Windows 98 compatibility mode) and "Run this program as an administrator". It should be ok.

The problem is Zmodeler cant find any filters.....

On my side it work very well on 7 64bits, so i tink it work on 32bit too.

Here you can find Zmodeler 1.07b. I also added 2 folders to replace (filters + StdPlugs-included UV Export, useful to export the UV mapping and to paint the car )

1- unistall the previous version of Zmodeler
2- Use Ccleaner to clean the registry
3- Reinstall this version and replace the 2 folders inside the archive
(And don't forget to set the compatibility mode and run as an administrator.
