That is supposed to be like that, it's an opening in the chassis [i.imgur.com]
The white bit you can see is part of the engine block.

1. You mean when doing real time editing? You have to note them and then edit the ini files, it doesn't save anything while real time editing.

2. Don't know what you mean.

Mod v1.6 released in the first post. Delete the old version before installing!

The link for the Jordan also has been updated. Vladimir fixed the nose cone flickering in TV cam which might have happened depending on your graphics card.
