New McLaren MP4-17 released

An all new high quality McLaren for the 2002 mod, shaped by soulbringer, with textures made by soulbringer and me.

Installation:
- go to \GPSAVES\Carsets\F1 2002\Data\Cars and delete the McLaren folder
- copy the Cars and Tweaker folders of the McLaren MP4-17.zip to \GPSAVES\Carsets\F1 2002\Data, overwriting existing files

The package also contains updated TCam tweaker positions for the Arrows, now using the values posted by Math.

I do have one question & it is probably something obvious I am
not seeing but..............

Why is it sometimes the Arrows team (drivers Frentzen & Bernoldi)
Disappears in sim & is replaced by Eleven? ( drivers Just Nobody? & Sono Alguno)

I do remember vaguely in 2002 F1 Arrows left due to lack of funds
but in this mod or in sim
I cannot seem to get them back once it changes unless I exit sim & restart CSM

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong if anything?

In 2002 Arrows didn't show up anymore after the German GP due to financial issues (they deliberately failed to qualify for the French GP for the same reason). The perf files for the remaining 5 races include Arrows as team, but with the drivers Just Nobody & Sono Alguno. I also disabled the 2 Arrows cars in the numcars.ini for the last 5 races. So if you've selected any of those races (ingame or csm menu, doesn't matter), Arrows will have Just Nobody & Sono Alguno as drivers. They'll only appear in qualifying, in race they're retired by default, due to the numcars.ini.
