GPxPatch 4.10 RELEASED

I just faced a new problem from your ini file.

(Left hand side - old, Right hand one - yours)


As you can see the scale of the hud is fixed; however, a brake indicator was replaced with another throttle. In addition, the duplicated throttle (which is supposed to be the brake) doesn't work. Could you take a look please? (I am using a 16:9 version.)

@ColdBlood: I had the same issue even after downloading Samuele's latest patch. I pmed him about this further issue, but as I was impatient I looked into the file myself and found the solution - I hope Samuele will not be upset if I write it down below.

So do as follows:

1) Open hud2012_1.ini.
2) Ctrl-F.
3) Search for 'th_off'.
4) After you found it in the document, look two lines below, change 450 to 437, save and voilá.

sounds good if this could be adding . With the blinking i mean the small red and green position gains. The red ones moving forward if there's someone entering the pit for a pitstop and the green ones moving forward for leaving the pits. This is only for the race

Thank you for this update but in particular for the utility itself: if a game like this is alive and supported almost 12 years after its release (not counting GP3!), it's safe to assume you're among the main reasons

So what do you think about the complete classification option as well Renè?and just another thing can i take off the number 1,from the qualy as the lap counter shows Q1 could i just make it show Q? cheers

Yes edit gpxsat.ini
These can be edited:
Short_FriPrac1=P1
Short_FriPrac2=P2
Short_SatPrac=P3
Short_Qualify=Q3
Short_PreRaceWarmup=PR

You mean the classification when the session is over? Yes, I was working on it last week, but it was too much work to put in 4.10. I don't want to do half work when implementing features, I always like to deliver high quality For example, I have to construct the title (year, grand prix name) . The year I can take from the track tag (2001 if it's a default track), And the name I have to get from the game itself (this string is also patched with custom tracks, with the adjective/country). Also, I have to hook into the skymessage that shows that the session is over. I have to do it for each different session type.

How to decrease the time it appears the difference or the time of the intermediary?
Example: I spend the first intermediate is 15 seconds and the time appearing or difference or to pilot, how to reduce this time? Grateful

Reduce the speed trap width setting in the GPxSAT tab. It also affects split time duration (in meters, not in time). Multiply the number by ~10 meters and you get the total distance it is shown.
