The onboardcam and viewangle values are stored in the \F1 2013\Data\Tweaker\gp4tweak_merge folder. For each team there are at least 2 ini files (more when different shapes are used, e.g. McLaren), one for each driver. If you edit all these files and put your own values in, the changes should also be visible ingame.

In these inis you'll also find the position values for the Arai helmet shapes. The positions for the Bell, Schuberth and Excalibur's shape are in the \gp4tweak_merge\tweak\Helmets folder. In the Default folder you'll find the values used for the default (=Melbourne) carshapes. For some cars (e.g. McLaren) there are also trackspecific values, as the carshape changed.

Regarding the loadingscreens, open the 2013.csm, and put a semicolon in front of DisableLoadingScreens=1. This way the loadingscreens in your track folder will be loaded instead of the ones of the mod.

Thanks for your reply , actually I already found these patchs however didn't work . When I changed the values in your 2013 MOD worked well , probably the problem is related with other configurations , maybe Gpxsets , Files/Merge , GP4media or settings . Does it make sense ?

The %tweakposXX% values are defined in the globalvars.ini. The positions.ini is the file that contains all values after the files get merged. You also have to edit some paths in the gp4tweak.ini therefor, in [TWEAK_DATA_FILE].

And make sure that the tweaks are enabled in the gp4tweak.ini (\F1 2013\Data\Tweaker)

It would still be at least 3 parts, as the mod size is over 5GB, and CSM can't compress more than 2GB in one part. I could upload the F12013 folder, but I'd first need to find a filehoster where I can upload files largen than 5GB, as the maximum at mediafire is 200MB I think.


EDIT: Looks like dropbox allows 10GB. I'll try to get it up over the next few days.

I found out what was my mistake and now everything is working very well . However when CSM restores , the globalvars.ini has a problem , the team/X.ini from Ferrari , Mclaren and Marussia gets wrong ( replacement of these teams by Mercedes , Caterham etc )changing the tweakers of those teams . Any idea about that ?

Two ways to solve this, in the globalvars.ini you either remove tweakpos5,tweakpos6,tweakpos9,tweakpos10,tweakpos19,tweakpos20 in the [trackname] Modify section, or you delete the different variables for these six tweaker positions at the bottom of the globalvars.ini.

Hi mate , you've made your MOD with 2 folders for the steering wheels : Stwheels and Nostwheels . The MOD works well with the second one ( Nostwheels ) and with Stwheels/generic , the other folders are empty . For each team into Cockpit/stwheels I've put the correct files and now when selected the team specific option at the menu , the CSM loads the correct steering wheel for each team . However , it didn't find now the Nostwheels option , the CSM didn't find the generic steering wheel , it loads the standard steering wheel from the cars.wad at GP4 main directory . Hope have been clear , what I should do , I'm sure it can be fixed on the settings , maybe you can help me .

@pipsa: Sorry, no idea about that. The only thing I know is that there may be some problems when the no-refueling animation is activated. Best would be to open a own thread, with the complete error log attached (verbosity level high) and [gpxpatch error log] in the header.

@rracunis: As the mod only contains teamspecific external stwheels, but not internal, it's obvious that the Cockpits and Fonts folder are empty for every team in StWheels. Instead of putting the same generic internal stwheel in every team folder, I've edited the stwheel.ini so that it always loads the generic one in NoStWheels. If you add teamspecific internal stwheels to the mod and you want them to be loaded, you have to remove the semicolons in lines 12, 13, 14, 19, 20 in the stwheel.ini, and instead put them in lines 15, 16, 17.

Thanks mate , I've wasted many hours yesterday and didn't find out the solution , few lines you wrote and the problem is solved . I swear , last question : how to activate the track order on the left top like the 2002 MOD ?

I guess you mean the ATL panel, in this case just press 9 to activate it, and 0 to deactivate it. You can configure its look in gpxlap.ini (see the GPxPatch documentation on SDI's homepage for more info).

GPaedia files recreated with the new GPaediaMaker (version 1.22 or higher) avoids the many display mistakes mainly in french and italian gpaedia caused by some unsupported Unicode characters.

v2.0 of the 2013 mod is released!

Biggest (and probably only noticeable) changes are the tyres & perf files, which now are up to date to the latest GpxPatch version, as well as the 2013 weather conditions as new variable in the mod's configurables.
