How did you get the 3 lines front and 4 lines rear effect?

Did you do the same as the 2012 tyres?

New 1998 tyreshapes from great friend Soulbringer, thanks to him! tyreshapes are mapped so that rear and front tyres use same textures but it's split in two parts so basicly nothing new...I remember Lee has done this in the past and gp4gamers.nl 2004 mod used similar mapping by Nick Ovey

I will ask from Soulbringer if I can share tyreshapes with my textures

...all I have to say is some random search link for something Im working on led me back here. Never though this place would still be around, good to see a lot of old names still around, and GP4 still kicking butt. Looking back I see several shots with the Mercedes and McLarens that are mindblowing - still top notch graphics when it comes to that silvery satin finish. If only we had a F1 game that was GP4 quality, only today. Geoff, where are you? lol

Think when I was last around here we were at v12 of this thread. Still remember the first one of them. See you all at v20.

Because it's almost wrong to not post screenshots in here, here is some stuff from a recent iRacing photoshoot I did. Should be clickable, most of them should go up to 1080p.

I think he won Formula BMW that year, and the prize was a test with Williams (Rosberg was the 2002 winner IIRC)

I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?

Well guys, just can't believe the age of GP4, how beautiful it still looks. Thanks to all the modders who endlessly contribute to makeing this sim the most ageless of all time.

This shot ( and believe it ot not, Iv'e hardly touched it not the track or the backgrounds and just a touch of tilt to the car and a little darkener on tyres.) Features Donnington Park, part from the 1993 Track Pack by Plodekk & Cleberpister ..... my pleasure guys. Enjoy, more to follow.
