New Countrymaps for GPaedia Circuits Information - Version 15

TGA pictures to generate gpi files for country maps to be used by the gpaedia circuits information display.
Included are 65 compressed TGA files. 20 of them come with one of the 19 new painted country maps, 7 with an updated resp. extended europe map. The others are only location updates.
Together with the 2001 maps these files will now cover all f1 seasons (1950 to 2021).

New country maps added:

1950th, 1960th and 1970th seasons country maps including 18 new tga files with 3 new countries (Marocco, Sweden, Switzerland).
With this update the project is complete for the time beeing because every f1 season (1950 until today) is covered.

An extended europe map (europe_new) showing the countries Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia is included.

Version 7: Europe GP maps updated.
New europe map "europe_1989" with adjusted borderlines for 1980s.
Maps europe (from original 2001) and europe_new slightly corrected.
Updated resp. new GP maps:
* europe-baku (using europe_new)
* europe-brands_hatch (using europe_1989)
* europe-donington
* europe-jerez
* europe-nurburgring
* europe-nurburgring-1984 (using europe_1989)
* europe-valencia
