An update of Laguna Seca Cart track.
What's new:
- ads according to 1998 race
- added the tyre bridge and another bridge
- now the bridges are in the correct position on the track
- the bridges are now closer to real-life
- a bit improved scenery
- new roadsign
- added the fence extensions
