Lime Rock Park, re-worked

This is some conversions from GP2 with all the disadvantages that follows, but some adjustments have been made and more items added to the tracks.

Fully drivable but cameras, scenery outside fencing and more smaller bugs need to be done proberly...

Two versions available: With and/or without chicane
