Walkinshaw obviously thinks HH Frentzen is better at doing the job of a formula one racing driver. So therefore as an employer does he have the rights to sack someone whom he thinks is'nt acheiivng what is expected of him?
i believe it will hinge on not what jos has in his contract, but with what walkinshaw has in his contract with jos in regard to performace related races.
if this is the case, jos could well end up getting nothing in moneytary terms
