Is it just me, or, even in the rain, does that car look way better than the current HRT?

Depending on who you listen to, that IS the current HRT...

Well yes, it seems fairly unanimously agreed that the chassis is still from the mid-70s, but there must have been plenty of aero upgrades... surely.

Guys.

An opportunity came way, on Sunday doing some overtime work. ATM being a contractor, overtime pays out... well. Very well. So I thought i'd be a fool to miss out. Still, this means ill be missing the race. Or at least the first 45 mins.

So my idea is to miss the race entirely, lock myself in my room and stay away from any news, but my question is, how long is this necessary??

How quick do BBC upload races? Or even Sky? I have a sky go account, will the race be available quite quickly. I will literally be on EDGE the whole of Sunday.

It doesn't look 'way' better, but it does unfortunately look better.

It's only after we've lost everything, that we are free to do anything.

No idea about Sky, but the BBC usually put stuff up on the iPlayer in 1 or 2 hours. But if they're particularly grumpy, they'll make you wait all afternoon ;-(

Mute your speakers and head straight to the iPlayer, and start watching BBC 1 live (left hand side, under "TV Channels" ). With one eye covered, click on the "restart this programme" (or words to that effect) on the right-hand side of the screen.

That way, you're watching the full show, just not quite as live as everyone else.

Do a practice run during Flog It later on. ;)

I tried to do this with the US GP but I think Sky or something ruined it by posting a picture of the podium on facebook. Otherwise I had no clue what was going to happen in the race.

Grid: Vettel on pole.. Mark 2 nd.. Grosjean 3, Pastor 4,
Schu 5, Alonso 6..

Wet race.. Grosjean takes out vettel , pastor tangles with mark.. Schu leads and wins. Alonso 2nd - champion.. Wont bet that way.. Isnt it

Dont miss the race people.. I will be a great one!

As Gav said, go to iPlayer, select BBC1, and *somehow* restart the programme without seeing what's happening...

Then you don't have to wait for it to be uploaded... ;)

So, the finale! Cannot wait for this - although once we have it there's no more F1 for 4 months so maybe it's not so wrong to wait :P
As long as there's a decent race I don't really care who wins the title - they're both favourites of mine and whoever wins it will be a worthy triple Champion(Although I do have a slight preference for Alonso). It's not often I feel that way about a final round title-decider. Win win!

Nice pic, but there is an obvious error. Too many fingers extending from Vettel's hand. ;)

Yeah, it wrong alright! Or atleast it should be 3 if he wins the title or two planted in his eyes if he losses the title!

I actually cannot wait for this year to finish, for me its like Italy is the end anyway as the tracks apart from a few afterwards are dull.

I have a nasty feeling that the race with Vettel and Alonso this year will end in a bad way, I think Vettel is the type of driver that will turn in on him if he gets a chance to pass.

all looking close today i think. Lewis looks superb out there today.

Ferrari aint too far off on low fuel pace alltough the car looks a handfull. On Race pace both look good ^^

I excpect the Lotus to get closer to the front as usual in Qualiyfing tomoz.

Redbull again slowest on the speedtrap could be interresting come sunday alltough who knows what the Rain will bring (in my case a Title for Fernando hopefully)lol.

Cant wait for the rest of the weekend
