I still believe that whoever commits such atrocities should receive a 10-match suspension at the very least. Accident or not, everyone should be careful of their fellow footballers in such tackles, no reason why one should go 100% strongly committed on a physical challenge.

Before more argument sparks I'm going to try explaining this as best as I can in English, so I'll give 2 examples. #1: player comes in a tackle and breaks the other's leg like in that picture - chances are it's unintentional but still careless, and hell is full of well-intentioned people (who did bad things). Suspension. #2: two players go up for a header, one falls awkwardly due to accidental contact and breaks a bone - unfortunate but no intentional of a foul, no suspension.
