Yeah, it must be terrible only being 1 of millions of footballers in a such a country. I mean, I can't imagine he even made it past the 3rd division back home.

@Guimengo

Eduardo Costa does not exist. There is Eduardo Alves da Silva who is playing for Arsenal and Croatian Natioanl Team.
There was also a Anderson Costa, but he dissapeared from the big scene because he was second rate soccer player.

it is not strange at all that Eduardo Alves da Silva better known as Dudu plays for Croatia National Team. He was brought to
Croatia when he was 13 years of age, he speaks Croatian fluently and is married to croatian woman. For all I know he is naturalized Croat
and he has every right to play for his country. When he was a child he had two options, to continue to play in Brazil and be on of milion
or to move to croatia and be one of hundred. He chosed later. This is not true that he had to choose Croatian nationality to be able to play in
arsenal because it is no use for him since Croatia is NOT a member of european community, so he has the same status as every other brazilian
player.

Anderson Costa is another story he was bought as a mature player (aged 24) by a same croatian footbal club (Dinamo Zagreb) as Eduardo,
and they paid him 1.000.000 eur. He was disaster and he was sold to some German 2nd league club.

Yeah red 5, I mixed the last names, meant Silva. And I wasn't saying he got that only to play for Arsenal, I said he got that so he could play for a national team, nothing to do with EU.

Well done Havant. 4-2 against a side 83 places above you and a trip to anfield. I'll be supporting Havant, as Spurs have no chance in hell against Man U.

What a mad, mad day of football. The North (NOT NORTH EAST JETHRO :P) is just buzzing today, but somehow that madness was eclipsed by Havant. Just... wow.

Desperately hope the Havant game against us is on TV.

Woo! Liverpool vs. Havant, what a story. I'm hoping for a Reds victory nonetheless, but it's great to see that a side like Havant are going to get recognition from their tie, being against a 'Big Four' club.

Thank god we beat the stags - they played well and if they'd had a bit more quality in the final 3rd could of got a goal or two. Liking the fact there's only 6 or 7 top flight teams left in though

5th Round Draw:

Bristol Rovers v Southampton
Cardiff City v Wolves
Sheffield United v Middlesbrough
Liverpool v Barnsley
Manchester United v Arsenal
Preston v Portsmouth
Coventry City v West Brom
Chelsea v Huddersfield Town

looking forward to playing the Blades - will be nice to play against Robbo. I quite like the look of Bristol v Southampton as well - and then of course Man U v Arsenal in the cup is usually good - I'm expecting endless repeats of *that* Giggs goal until the game though

F**k, Man Utd - Arsenal...

I'm never gonna live this down if Arsenal beat United. I got several good mates who are Arsenal fans, and last time that happened they royally took the piss outta me....

sounds like someone is jealous that his team can't afford to pay 7.3 million pounds a year for one player's salary alone ;)

No, more that I do not like the cheating manner in which manchester united encourage their players to play - involving diving, play acting, bad fouls and getting dodgy penalties. Have a look to see how many penalties were given to an away team at old trafford and then look at the home team statistic ;)

That's simply not true, Van Nistelrooy and Ronaldo used to dive like hell when they first joined United and it was slowly removed from their games, you don't see the players that were actually brought up from the United academy diving about. Plus if a team is almost constantly in the other teams half like United are at most of their home games (they do play attacking football) they are bound to get more penalties/free kicks.

As James May would say: "cock!" Bloody hell, Barnsley!? :(

It's been a woeful weekend for me - the team I support lost, and the town where I live got thrashed.
