That's great news, as I've got Premiere here at home... Yes, maybe I will watch the whole 24 hours.

The R8 is now at least 7 years old. I'd be surprised if it beat a brand new Spyder which is designed to be an LMP1 car with the fit of a slightly different engine.

its amazing how Audi got the R8 right straight away, though im sure the R8C and R8R did contribute to the R8 being so good :P

and Bouchut was "too slow" in the test so Mr Pescarolo went down to Creation with a stack of cash and got them to release Nic Minassian to him for the 24 hours... shame for Bouchut as he's now been screwed out of a drive, save for the now open Creation berth. But Minassian rocks.

yup, along with Nic in lm(e)s last year and with Andy Wallace at the 24 hours... unfortunately Creation have been tight on sponsors this year and took a couple of pay drivers on in the forum of Gabbiani and Ortiz, who are not the most competitive drivers out there. However JCW is bloody fast, probably not far off Nic in qually and almost his equal in racing, arguably better over long stints, so Creation will not be any worse off really.

looks bloody pretty for the lack of sponsorship tho!

turns out Bouchut was lapping in about 3:40 in the Pesca, the same time as Ortiz in the Creation.... he really had to go.

Yeah , it was fun , looks like the team wasn't a big fan Andy Wallace , he was complaining all the time and when nic came into the car everything was ok.

Barbos, yeah, only a few epidsodes, but was a nice insight.

Probably the reason I like them quite alot :)

They tyre problem was interesting, where the tyres had moisture or something in them, and going 170mph + down the straight at Paul Ricard and having the tyres go off must be scary :P
