Ha, I went to the 2005 one :D It's good to watch now then, but not all the time.

1. Moto GP. Going to Donington for the 3rd year in a row in a few weeks. It is awesome, the noise, the speed, and the atmosphere are first rate. Used to watch World Superbikes but the saw a Moto GP bike in action and never looked back!
2. Any given Sunday at Brands Hatch on a sunny day parked on South Bank watching Caterhams, Mini's, etc, etc.
3. GP2. Though only because Lewis Hamilton looks like THE future of F1.

I love watching certain cars race but I can't consider myself a true fan of GT racing or other forms, like GP2. I don't watch it regularly at all, when I am at home and have access to Speed Channel I make some effort to check for races but I don't always watch them. That's why I didn't list those 2.
