graphic calibration at every startup

hello,
at every start of gp3 v1.13 with and without gpxpatch i have to calibrate the graphics.
why??? please help!!
and if i do this, after the 3 loading screen - gp3 crash!!
my system:
amd athlon 2500+
1gb ram
NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT (1280x1024) dual view.

i disconnect the 2nd monitor......................nothing
i change to 1024x768............................nothing

look at my gconfig.txt:

the same problem i have with gp3 season 2000.

i don't understand this.

It's the same on my system but I by-pass graphic calibration and game starts well.

for ati cards there's a util that has an option to turn off dual screen, this stops the dual calibration.
maybe there's a similar nvidea util somewhere
