Edit Amount of Laps for a Track?

How do i edit the amount of laps a track has?

I ask because Espoo Raceway for Grand Prix 3 (not 2000) maxes out at just 8 Laps for 100% distance

what do you mean maxes at 8 laps?
anyway you need to open the track in track editor then on the menu TRACK -> Track Name (Gp3Info) you will find the number of laps
after saved remember to put again the magicdata
