GPGSL-3 RULES
HOW TO JOIN
People can join on championship with a team or only as a driver. For people who send a team, the layout needs to be exactly the same for both cars. All of them need to send me cars, helmets, team logo, team wall and informations about team and drivers. The only requirement is about tobacco sponsors. I won't permite them. All cars will be driven by computer. People who create a team can't run to another team.
RACES
There are 20 stages, with two races each one (sprint and full), like GP2 Series®, totally 40 races. More six performance races.
DRIVERS PERFORMANCE
Based on 2010 results and five performances races, that will happen before championship begins. The driver who won 2009 season earns 10 points for running performance races; the second, 8 points; third driver, 6 points; and continues: 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. At the end of these five races, the driver who have more points will have the best performance (17000), and 10 points of ability range. The second will have will have 5 performance points lower, but a range of 5 more than the best driver. The next one got 10 performance points lower, but a range of 10 more than the best one. And so on and on.
TEAMS PERFORMANCE
Same as drivers performances. The team that won 2009 season earns 10 points to performance races, and continues: 5, 3 and 1. The best-pointed team will have 820 bhp and failure value of 3000; the second team, 819 bhp and failure value of 2900...
TEST-DRIVERS PERFORMANCE
Same as drivers and teams, but only for real test-drivers. Fictional drivers starts the championship with 16700 PP and 0 AR.
DRIVERS AND TEST-DRIVERS BOOST
Each driver has 50 BHP to use 5 times during the season (qualifying and race). Driver needs to send me by PM when he wants to increase own PP, always after post last race. The team boss can send me drivers boost. This boost is not cumulative; the selected PP is only for selected race. It's not used boost to increase ficticious drivers performances.
TEAMS BOOST
Same procedure for drivers boost. Each team has 5 BHP and -200 failure to use on 3 races during the season. Only team boss can send team boost for me, by PM.
QUALIFYINGS
During 45-minutes. Only one qualifying for both races. The position grid of sprint race are inverted. I'll make this inversion changing by the "qualification driver performance": the pole will be the lowest value; the second, 500 more than pole. This values will be changed every race, but it doesn't interfere in Performance Points used to make the qualifying and both races. It's only to determine sprint race grid. To full race, I'll use the normal qualification result.
TEST-DRIVERS CHAMPIONSHIP
Using sprint race mode (with one pit-stop). The same procedure to qualifying (45-minutes).

One Racing announced, on the Tuesday afternoon, their drivers for GPGSL-3 5th season.
As race drivers, nothing new. Rodrigo Vilela and Mal Stoddart continues driving for the team of Carl Turner. A few months ago, the australian said he would leave the category for "personal problems", but he's confirmed in the team, at least so far.
As a test driver, the team hired anglo-brazilian Leonardo Costa. Resident in Juiz de Fora (MG), he welcomes the opportunity, after a disastrous year running by MPR. "I know the capacity of the team. I want to make my best!".
Especially because the next season will be the last of Rodrigo Vilela as a driver: "A precious vacancy opens. I need to be prepared", complete the driver.
