problem with arttool

hello! how do we use arttool 2000? it aks us to open a file (.bin) but i don't have any! my art files are .bmp , and when i try to open it, i have an error message; please help me because i can't new art files for gp3 2000

Off the top of my head I seem to recall the readme file being pretty comprehensive on this subject. The *.bin file is in the Bitmaps folder.
