Deencrypted GP3 exe

Hey I´ve been trying to install gp3 on win 10 for 2 days. I found good guides on youtube and think I did everything properly.
But it won´t work in the end cause it says it cant start the game in the debugmode, cause it´s encrypted. So I´m searching
for a unencrypted gp3.exe, but could only find a gp3 2000.exe until now. I read gp3 2000 is an addon and I couldnt install it.
Somebody knows where I can find an unencrypted gp3.exe ? Im new I hope someone can help me
