How to edit the marshals recovery time

Hi everyone, I'm wondering how to increase the time it takes for the marshals to recover AI cars?
because when the AI cars crash or fail the marshal almost instantly puts them out of the race. But it would be more realistic to wait 20 or 30 seconds for the marshal to recover the car. Does anyone know if it's possible to edit this?
