Simple Conversions

Here are some simple conversions from GP2 til GP3.

All credit and thanks to the original GP2 authors and creators: AAS and Antonio Pessoa together with E. Roic for great service and help regarding track bug fixing

All circuits use the original GP3 1.13 jams so no extra folders are needed - only one single 'fence1' jam to be placed in Genjam folder, and thats it.
