Hi,

Does anyone know, are there modded tracks in software mode? I found five in download section. Just tested Brazil 2001 and It worked fine and was good work.

Why would modded tracks not be available in software mode ?

I think almost all modded tracks what can be found in download section, are made for hardware accelerated graphics. And I'm pretty sure that they don't work in software mode.

I can get GP3 working with dgvoodoo2, but it does not work as good as in software graphic mode. Dxwnd does not like my new computer - it worked well in my previous (windows 8.1) computer

I was in a similar situation to you.

Do yourself the biggest favour and install a Windows XP O/S on a partition on whatever device you're currently using.

Then use that beautiful hardware mode without messing about with dgvoodoo2, Dxwnd and all that hassle! :)

Thank you for you advice! This could be a solution, I will look into it.

I have tried different solutions; few Dgvoodoo2 versions and Windows XP virtual machine. I got decent results, but not able to use full graphics in stable frame rate (and I have quite powerful computer). So still software mode is working best on my computer.

I have question. Is it possible to "convert" hardware track to software track? If I will convert all track graphics (jams) to software, could it work? I dont remember exact name of editor, but there is jam editor, where you can convert hw -> sw.
