2002 Team art GP3 2K - spinning logos

Hello,

Does anybody have an alternative 2002 team art set featuring less wobbly spinning team logos for GP3 2000?

Or, is there a tool I can use to create my own?

Also, I used to have replacement .bmp files to change the Grand Prix 3 2000 header to 2002. Does anybody have this file?
